THINKING SKILLS. BIAS AND PREJUDICE.

During the class, we have been assigned to read a unit related with Bias, the language of it and Prejudice to solve two activities.

Al allong item A, we highlight the concept PREJUDICE when it says that German people blemed jews for every problem in their country (Germany) being hitler involved in this by representing PREJUDICE to jews. When we focus on Item B, the prejudice appears distorting the reality, when they tried to show that the Jews were the killers and responsables for all this damages. Due to all what we know, and study, we are concern that this two sources show distortion and irrationality considering they are not truth. The fact of being biased, let us know they are not credible because they are done with the intention of persuading people to believe something that is not reality.

The usage of language in this last mentioned items express BIAS as a result of the British using two different kind of vocabulary in order to speak about their man and the iraquies, This means that for the first one, the vocabulary was POSITIVE and for the second when NEGATIVE. When they talk about their man, there is no word of rejection or negativity, thus they named it "PROFESSIONALS, CONFIDENT AND LOYAL" but now, when they talk about iraquies there is no kindness at all, "Brainwashed, mad dogs and ruthless" is how they call them.
Now, always someone was going to hold their side but Britain was not going to talk perfectly well of Iraq if they are enemies,
